Avoid this shop—terrible alignment and dismissive service!! I brought my vehicle here for an alignment, and the experience was completely unacceptable. I picked up my car expecting it to drive straight, but the steering wheel is now significantly crooked when driving on a level road. When I brought this to their attention, the staff was dismissive and acted as if I was being difficult for expecting the job to be done correctly. It is clear they do not care about the quality of their work or the customer's satisfaction. They made no effort to correct the issue or explain why it wasn't fixed properly, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Poor craftsmanship and an even worse attitude. Save your money and your time—take your vehicle to a shop that actually values its customers and knows how to perform a proper alignment. I will not be returning.

Took my 2013 Range Rover there for an alignment the guy was amazing to work with if you own a Range Rover you know only specific people can do alignment on them and they did an amazing job! UPDATE: My father now owns an alignment shop, After noticing tire wear on the outer edges of my tire I ended up checking to see if my alignment was correctly done. Once we checked the alignment we noticed the toe was off on the passenger side by 0.40 degrees and the camber was all off on the chart. We then put the vehicle in geometry mode to do the correct alignment procedure and the vehicle drove amazingly! It appears that no one can be trusted anymore.

Unfortunately, my front axle broke in the middle of a busy street.. Fortunately, it happened in front of this repair shop. After some maneuvering with a flat bed truck, my car was safely deposited on the repair rack in the garage. Two days later I was driving my car again. The owner, Steve Assi did a good job at a reasonable price. The moral of the story is that if you have to have car trouble, having it in front of Advance auto care is most fortunate indeed.
